Magic Bean Hole Locations
There are 10 Magic Bean Holes throughout Hyrule that need a Magic Bean planted in it. You can only buy and plant the Magic Beans while you're a child. The Magic Beans will grow into plants and allow adult Link to go to different areas he couldn't as a child. They help him get Rupees, Heart Pieces, and Gold Skulltula Tokens.
*There's one in Kokiri Forest right next to the Kokiri Shop. Plant a bean here when Link is older, he can receive a lot of Rupees.
*There are two in the Lost Woods. The first one I would suggest doing, would be the one near the Lone Skull Kid. Go towards there, it's not in the room with the Skull Kid, but the room right after it. Plant a Bean here. This will help Link be able to go to Hyrule Field much quicker. The second place to plant one would be in the room where you can wears masks and get money. Plant one here and Link will be able to get a Gold Skulltula Token.
*There's one in Kakariko Village Graveyard. Plant it here and Link will be able to get a Heart Piece.
*There's another Bean Hole near the Entrance to Dodongo's Cavern. Plant it here and Link will be able to access a Heart Piece over top of the Cavern.
*You'll find another hole at Zora's River, right next to the guy that sold the beans to you. If you plant it here, you'll be able to get to Zora's Domain quicker.
*There's another bean hole next to the Lakeside Laboratory. This will allow you to get the Heart Piece that is on top of the Laboratory.
*If you plant on in Death Mountain Crater, you'll be able to get the Heart Piece that is up on top of one of the small volcanoes.
*Another is Gerudo Valley. Take a chicken and glide all the way down to the ledge at the very bottom of the River. Plant one there and you'll be able to get a Heart Piece.
*Desert Colossus, there's one near the entrance. Plant one there and you'll be able to get a Heart Piece and a Gold Skulltula.
*There's one in Kokiri Forest right next to the Kokiri Shop. Plant a bean here when Link is older, he can receive a lot of Rupees.
